Individual therapy: Is it sometimes hard to get out of bed or you “just don’t want to be bothered?” We all have many stressors going on in our personal lives and oftentimes it helps to talk it about it. We all go through many feelings throughout the course of a day, some are pleasant while others aren’t. Yet, it is always beneficial to share these feelings with someone when it impacts on you. This is done in a safe place (emotionally and physically) to allow you to function better while living a more satisfying life. Individual Therapy does not have to be boring while only addressing the “bad things you’ve done.” Individual Therapy is about learning how to have a better tomorrow than yesterday. We offer individual therapy in English, French, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
Individual Therapy can be offered in our Brandon office or in home services, if you qualify.
