STEP offers individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, couples therapy. We assist those having difficulties with communication and seem ready to give up and have feelings of hopeless, helplessness, anger, etc. This is done through talking individually and as a family unit with a professional therapist who works at your personal pace. You WILL NOT be forced to talk about topics you are not emotionally ready to deal with.
