We have surpassed the 30% mark and slowly chugging along. Kinda like the train, “I think I can. I think I can.” This is an upward drive but with the support of many we will continue to achieve our goals. Last night was a historical night for the United States of America as President Barack Obama was re-elected to be in Commander In Chief for 4 more years. The American people have spoken and showed their belief in his message. Obviously many were pleased and many were not. Yet, that is the beauty of Democracy. What is most important is to limit the polarization and to do what is best for the country as a whole.
Similarly, I hope people continue to believe in the vision and dream of Supportive Therapy Empowering People of bringing Christmas cheer to the families in our community. The biggest challenge we have faced is the thought that “I dont have anything to give.” ANY amount helps. We have received donations of $200 as well as donations of $2. (It was actually 8 quarters) We used that to purchase bows for the wrapped gifts. All donations are helpful and adds up. Again, please visit www.supportivetherapy.net and make a donation.
