Carline holds two associate degrees from West Chester Community College in New York and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Concordia College. She furthered her education by earning a Master of Social Work degree from Lehman College.
In addition to her academic achievements, Carline is a devoted Pastor, leader, and an exceptional teacher of the Word. She begins her days early, dedicating time to reading scripture and prayer.
Carline has been happily married for nearly 38 years to her husband, Dannel Brown, and they have three adult children and eight grandchildren. She enjoys creating memorably moments, cooking, spending quality time with her family, including her dog Dakota, and traveling. Carline also prioritizes monthly self-care routines.
